3-Month “BeWell Launch” Program

[$349/month with a 3-month commitment]

 

  • Required initial one-on-one coaching offering. Begins with an initial 60-minute onboarding discussion where we take a deep dive into your goals, review current and past challenges, and begin to identify behavior changes that will help you reach your goals.

  • Bi-weekly check-ins give us valuable time to review challenges/wins and update our plan as needed in order to keep you on track for your goals.

  • We’ll use this time to review micro-goals, celebrate wins, explore challenges, and discuss strategies for overcoming hurdles or obstacles that may be in the next few days. No questions are off limits!

Monthly Active Coaching Sessions

[$209/month]*

 

  • Extension of the 3-month “BeWell Launch” program.

  • The program commences with an evaluation of the 3-month program, focusing on key wins and looking to build on those wins.

  • Continue with bi-weekly check-ins along with active dialogue and feedback throughout the week as we continue to work toward the client’s wellness goals.

  • Price is reduced to $185/month with a 6-month commitment.

Monthly Maintenance Plan

[$169/month]*

 

  • To provide accountability and support on an ongoing basis.

  • With once/week check-in calls, you have the opportunity to review challenges, questions or updates to your current goal plan.  Unlimited text and email remain available for ongoing support.

  • This program is excellent for clients who are determined to sustain results achieved through the 3-month “BeWell Launch” program but indicates an expectation of less guidance and support.

  • Price is reduced to $155/month with a 6-month commitment.
