Can you help me with an exercise regimen?

Yes! Let's talk about what your current activity level looks like, what types of activities you enjoy doing, and what your goals are. Then I'll help put together some programming to get you moving--or kick things up a notch!

Do I have to log or track my food?

Of course not! Not if you don't want to! I will build a program around your strengths and abilities. Tracking your food can be a great way to help bring awareness around what you are (or are not!) eating, because we often have no idea until we start to track the data. But food logging is not for everyone! We'll find a solution that fits best for you!

Do you offer a meal planning service?

I do not offer a meal planning service, but I can help you find one that works for you! My goal is to help set you up for long-term success by providing resources, education and tools that allow you to achieve sustainable results long after you have finished working with me!

I'm a vegetarian / vegan. Can you still help me?

Absolutely. We will design a plan for you, unique to you, based on your dietary preferences, behavioral tendencies and tolerances/intolerances. I believe that's the only way to ensure your success in the long run!

Do I have to pay the full amount up front?

Nope! If a payment plan is needed, we can work through arrangements. Just let me know up front if that's going to be needed.

Can I use my HSA / FSA to pay for your services?

It depends! The expenses will qualify only if recommended to treat an illness diagnosed by a physician, rather than to promote general health. To show that the expense is primarily for medical care, a Letter of Medical Necessity is required. I can help provide this letter if you think you may qualify. Let me know!
