My Top 10 Costco Faves!

…In no particular order!

KIND Bars

They are a great on-the-go snack! Each bar has 5 grams of protein and only 5 grams of sugar. They are made with quality ingredients including nuts, seeds and dark chocolate – and they taste great!!

Kirkland Organic Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

Hands-down my favorite brand of Greek yogurt. It is made with clean ingredients; each serving is high in protein (18g) and only has 4g of sugar! I love to top my yogurt with grain-free granola, fruit or nut butter…or all the above!

Skinny Pop Popcorn

Best snack award goes to Skinny Pop Popcorn, in my opinion. It’s low calorie, great tasting, filling and a great source of fiber!

Kevin’s prepared meals

I know how it is…sometimes there’s no time for meal prepping. Or no energy. The spark, the creativity…it’s just lacking. You just want something quick and easy—and healthy. Try these guys! I keep a few of these in my freezer for just those moments. They are located in the refrigerated section at Costco, and the selection may rotate, but I haven’t tried one yet that I didn’t like. They are prepared with quality ingredients and easy to prepare (stove-top or microwave options both available).

Tru Grilled Chicken Strips

In a pinch, these are the best! They come in a double pack and are located in the refrigerated section at Costco, but I promptly throw them in the freezer when I get home. Then, if (when) I find myself short on time or protein, I pull out a package and quickly defrost them. They are great to top with a salad or mix in a stir fry dish.

Organic Spinach

I eat A LOT of salads. Getting my greens / veggies is important to me and I love this big “bucket” of spinach from Costco. If this thing is in my fridge, it compels me to keep eating salads because I don’t want to see it go to waste! We also love to sauté spinach—just to mix things up every now and then!

Good Low-Fat Cottage Cheese Cups

Ahhh…cottage cheese. Either you love it or you hate it. There’s no middle ground on this one. I happen to love it, thankfully. It’s an outstanding source of protein, and this brand is my go-to brand. So when Costco started carrying cases of individual serving cups, I started buying every time! Each individual serving cup contains 19g of protein!! Only clean ingredients as well. Give it a try!

Wild Caught Salmon Burgers

So juicy and flavorful! These can be found in the freezer section and are great to throw on the grill, broil or cook in the air fryer! …They are an awesome source of protein and a wonderful source of omega -3 fatty acids!

Tropicland Frozen Cauliflower Rice

I love cauliflower rice. I just do. I tend to mix in ½ cup every night with dinner, no matter what I’m having for dinner. It helps me feel fuller; I love the flavor; and I’ll take another vegetable in my diet any way I can get it. So I buy this big bag, which contains 5 small bags, making it easy to manage.

Kirkland Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Blend

These are fantastic for grilling in a veggie basket, roasting in the oven, dropping in the air fryer or mixing up in stir fry. Really, you can’t go wrong!! They taste fresh and can be prepared in so many ways. You can really get creative with this blend, giving you many options for getting your veggies in everyday!

Happy shopping!!
